Cancelling of lesson:

○ In the event that the student needs to cancel a lesson, it should be made at least 24hours before the supposed start time. Please inform the teacher via email to kirobika@gmail.com or sms to +66 844 880 860. If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the student will also be informed via email / mobile phone that is registered with the teacher. (A power failure or an internet connection problem is unavoidable at times which will disrupt the online lesson, I ask for your kind understanding on this)

○ In the event that the minimum requirement of 4 lessons per month is not fulfilled due to cancellations either by the teacher or the student, replacement lesson/s must be made by appointment. (The minimum monthly fee remains and there will be no refund if the student chooses not to have replacement lesson/s).

○ Cancelling of additional lessons will not result in any consequence. However, out of mutual respect, let us make an effort to not cancel any lesson.
